Course Master: Patricio O'Donnell, Ph.D.  While the course provides an overview of the field, its emphasis is on mastery of core ideas, assessed through quizzes, problem sets, and examinations. The course is taught by a small group of faculty members from several departments. Offered in the Fall of every year.
